- Pricing and Payment: All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Sales tax will be applied to all orders as required by law. Some orders may be subject to a deposit or pre-payment at our discretion.
- Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to require the return of any damaged or unsatisfactory products.
- Cancellation: Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the delivery date will be accommodated by a 50% refund of the delivery charge. Cancellation within 72 hours of the delivery window is non-refundable. Any purchases made on behalf of the customer prior to cancellation will be deducted from any cancellation charges. Peak Partner reserves the right to collect on any items purchased on behalf of the customer.
