Frequently Asked Questions

How is my grocery delivery coordinated?

When you order, you can select a preferred delivery window to meet you when you are available to receive your delivery. You also can provide access instructions for our delivery concierge team to enter your home or condo to stock the items in your kitchen. Due to the risk of animals and wildlife, we cannot leave groceries outside or on your doorstep. Be sure to include any special instructions in your order notes at checkout.

Please note, they will simply put the perishables in the refrigerator/freezer, so you will also need to ensure there is space for them to be able to do so.

Do you do Big Sky alcohol or cannabis delivery?

We do not explicitly deliver alcohol or cannabis, however, some of our personal shopping services may accommodate these based on legal age and identity verification processes in place by the vendors you may be purchasing from.

What is your change, cancellation, and refund policy?

Due to the nature of our grocery shopping services, they are usually strictly non-refundable within 72 hours of your delivery date. We can provide a 50% refund for a 7-day notice.

We also will do what we can to accommodate delivery time changes. However, remember that the travel time from Bozeman to Big Sky, including the proper refrigeration of multiple deliveries, can prohibit us from making time adjustments.

If you are not available to accept your delivery, or cannot make accommodations for the delivery to be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund. In the event of such situations, we will donate the groceries to local food banks or families in need.

What is your delivery area near Big Sky?

We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of Big Sky Town Center (this covers most of Big Sky Meadows, Big Sky’s ski resort village, Powder Ridge, Hillside Condos, Cedar Creek, Moonlight Basin, Yellowstone Club, and Spanish Peaks to name a few).

For our personal shopping services, we may be able to accommodate the greater Bozeman area and its outliers, including West Yellowstone, the Madison River area, Ennis, or Livingston and the Paradise Valley, depending on availability.

Do you provide local or subscription discounts for regularly scheduled deliveries?

We love to support the local community. If you are looking for regularly scheduled grocery deliveries, ongoing personal shopping requirements, or if you are a property manager that has a specific need for stocking your vacation rentals regularly, please contact us.

If you manage a vacation rental in Big Sky, please contact us to partner and support your guests with kitchen stocking services and grocery delivery as a part of your pre-arrival communications.

Do you provide concierge, trip planning, restaurant reservation assistance, or private chef services in Big Sky?

We love Big Sky and part of our leadership team is born and raised in Big Sky, the other part has been a visitor and resident for over 25 years. Our local connections can get most things done for you and recommend the best places to hike, fish, ski, or adventure in the area.

We also can provide custom daily trip itinerary recommendations starting at just $100 per itinerary day plus a nominal consultation fee.
